The South Sudan People’s Defense Forces (SSPDF) will release an official statement once all necessary information is gathered from operational and base commanders in Nyamini and surrounding areas, including Wunliet.
In a brief message to media agencies, SSPDF spokesperson Maj. Gen. Lul Ruai Koang stated that the army is awaiting comprehensive reports from the ground before making any public comments.
“The Office of the SSPDF Spokesperson will issue a statement as soon as all relevant information is received from operational and base commanders,” Ruai said on his official Facebook account on Tuesday.
